THE PIG is a group of boutique hotels that are effectively restaurants with rooms. Each hotel is nestled in gorgeous countryside, with everything centred around their kitchen gardens to create menus full of the freshest seasonal flavours. Anything that can't be grown on-site is sourced from farmers, fishmongers and foragers within 25 miles of the hotel, so each hotel retains its sense of place.
