The first of these takeovers will see Mario Gahan and Diego Melorio of Quanto Basta, Italy, stepping behind the bar on March 14th and 15th. The duo, known for their work at the street bar which has garnered international recognition and numerous awards, will be followed by Soko Son of Seoul’s Soko Bar on April 10th. Each bartender is set to create a limited edition menu for their takeover, offering patrons a taste of their signature mixology styles and innovative cocktails.

Bar Antoine’s guest series aims to celebrate the artistry, magic, and science of cocktail making, providing events that delve into the narrative behind each drink and its creator. Adventurous drinks, fine company, and captivating stories, will be all key ingredients for special nights out in London.

Characterised by a philosophy that champions laid-back luxury and a dynamic mix of local and global flavours, Bar Antoine has set itself as a hub of community for both neighbourhood patrons and international travellers. The bar reflects Chef Yannick Alléno’s passion for hospitality and London’s vibrant social scene, offering guests creative menus in a welcoming setting.

This guest bartender series is a continuation of Bar Antoine’s commitment to providing holistic experiences for its guests, encapsulating the essence of Ikigai – a concept that gives individuals a sense of purpose and fulfilment. Named in honour of Chef Yannick’s late son, Antoine Alléno, the bar and its Ikigai menu celebrate a zest for life and the joy found in well-curated hospitality and mixology.
