Cove’s portfolio currently comprises properties in UK cities including London and Liverpool and has now expanded into mainland Europe with properties in The Hague and Amsterdam.
Cove-Centrum is situated in The Hague’s shopping district Grove Markstraat, located within the De Passage building designed by architect Bernard Tschumi. The design includes a soothing colour palette, walnut floors and bespoke furniture.
The property offers 112 studio apartments, six large studio apartments and three accessible studio apartments. It also includes a 250 sqm lobby with a lounge and co-working space, a 24-hour reception, a communal laundry room, car parking and bicycle hire.
Meanwhile The Wittenberg, which was launched as an independent extended stay brand under the Edyn umbrella in 2018, has been converted into the Cove brand.
Wittenberg by Cove is situated in the Plantage neighbourhood east of Amsterdam’s city centre, a 15-minute walk from the main train station.
Located in a building which dates back to 1722, the property offers 115 one, two-and three-bedroom apartments with canal and courtyard garden views. Interiors draw inspiration from traditional Dutch design and maintain the building’s “timeless features”.
Facilities include an “honesty bar”, a gym, co-working area, two courtyards and a large garden. Guests must stay for a minimum of seven nights at this property.
