The Radisson Hotel and Suites Amsterdam South is located in the Amstelveen area of the capital, and offers 227 suites across eight categories ranging in size from 21 sqm up to 106 sqm.

Facilities include fully-equipped kitchens in all suites, as well as free wifi and walk-in rain showers – some suites also offer bathtubs or “private infrared saunas”.

There is a 24-hour grab and go market, fitness centre, underground parking, bike rental, three meeting rooms, and Keuken and Bar restaurant.

The hotel is located around 3km from the city’s Zuidas central business district, 6km from the city centre, and 8km from Amsterdam Schiphol airport.

Radisson Hotel Group recently unveiled plans to more than double its serviced apartments portfolio over the next five years across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Serviced apartments currently represent around 10 per cent of the group’s portfolio in those regions, with 45 properties and over 5,400 units in operation and under development.

Commenting on the opening Yilmaz Yildirimlar, area senior vice president, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey at Radisson Hotel Group, said:

“We are delighted to open another highly successful Radisson Hotel Group brand in the city of Amsterdam especially during this challenging time. Our upscale Scandinavian-inspired Radisson brand has seen great traction since the EMEA launch in 2018, and we are thankful to our partners Cycas Hospitality, who operate the property, for being part of this incredible journey. We look forward to welcoming our first guests together in this key European destination.”
