The Ritz-Carlton Ningbo will occupy floors 62-80 of the 409-meter-tall Ningbo Central Plaza tower, which has not yet been completed. The property will include 257 rooms and suites, a Club Lounge, three restaurants, a bar, and 1,700 sqm of events space. Interiors will be designed by G.A. Design, and the hotel will offer views of the city skyline and coast.

The hotel group has signed an agreement with the Ningbo Central Plaza Construction and Development Co. Ltd. to open the hotel, which will be developed by Shanghai Construction Group Co. Ltd, Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. China, and Greentown China Holdings Limited.
